About this opportunity
This Job Role is responsible for handling the operational calls & emails in both English and French, training French to other team members, preparing MOPs for day-to-day activities & monitoring the customer network. Role is to perform the surveillance activities and ensure that all the events on a network are escalated to the relevant functions within the stipulated time for restoration/resolution.

What you will do
Responsible for translation work in French.
Responsible for Operational Emails Handling (French & English)
Serving As Interface Internal/External Teams.
Working Towards SLAs & KPIs.
Working Towards IPM Goals Assigned By Line Management.
You will bring
Solid experience in French language.
Relevant Working experience on Translation work in French.
Candidates should be open for rotational shift.
Education: 2 years of study in French (4 semesters). B2 required
Experience: 1-4 years
